This is the extraordinary work of recovery and maintenance of an existing building with industrial destination, arranged on three levels of which one is underground, with transformation into operational and directional headquarters of the private police company Mondialpol. Structures and artefacts to ensure maximum protection and security against attempted theft and armed robbery characterize the building.
It is equipped with a new heliport on the roof, which is regularly working.
The surface of the work involved 5,300 square meters, in addition to the external work of the car park.

The new headquarters of Airon Marine is an industrial building made up of a 5,000 square metre shed with adjoining office building. The establishment was especially reserved for the construction of large boats (in particular motorboats of up to 52 feet).
The work was completed in record time to allow Airon Marine to immediately start the production of the boats that, for the size of the hulls, could not be done in the historical site.

Within a larger artisanal building built in the Municipality of Montano Lucino, as part of an industrial-commercial appointment plan, an area of 1,200 square meters on two levels was completed on behalf of the Company Lion Italia S.r.l.
In the building, made with a totally prefabricated solution (pillars, beams, slabs, roofing tiles and façade panels), an artisan activity is carried out by the company and at the same time, there are spaces dedicated to warehouses, offices and showrooms.
A particular of the building was the implementation of the water supply tank of the sprinkler system of the automatic fire extinguishing system, with the capacity of approximately 250 cubic meters, with a reinforced concrete structure, positioned completely underground close to the road. The outdoor parking spaces and green area complete the establishment.

An industrial property was constructed in the Municipality of Montano Lucino for the logistics commissioned by the Bianchi Group, where logistics and trucking operations are carried out.
The property has a covered area of 6,550 square meters and develops on a raised ground floor equipped with loading bays - where the spaces for carrying out logistics and trucking activities are located, as well as a part of the offices - and on a first and second floor (each of 500 square meters) where the offices are located. A main staircase and a lift connect the three levels.
The property has a total area of approximately 9,000 square meters intended for private parking, parking space for public use and loading and unloading areas.
The building was made with a prefabricated structure - for the vertical structures, the floors on the first floor and the roofing - and foundations consisting of pillars and foundation beams in reinforced concrete resting on foundation piles.
The main finishing features are the industrial floor of the production area in concrete with quartz dusting of an adequate thickness; the floor of the office area in single-fired ceramic tiles; the ceilings of the office area in soundproof mineral fibre panels, the internal doors in laminated plastic and the external perimeter fixtures in extruded profiles of pre-painted aluminium with thermal insulation glazing.

The project involved the realization of an industrial property commissioned by the Company Colombo S.p.A. – as part of the framework of the Implementation Plan – in which the activity of metal carpentry is carried out.
The property has a covered area of 6,600 square meters and develops on a ground floor where the spaces dedicated to carrying out the main activity are located, as well as a part of the offices. There are another two floors, always for office use. A main staircase and a lift connect the three levels.
The ground floor has an area of approximately 6,600 square meters while the first and second floors are approximately 600 square meters each.
Equipped with a total area of approximately 12,000 square meters of land belonging to the property for private parking, public parking spaces and loading and unloading areas, the property was constructed with a prefabricated structure – for the vertical structures, the floors on the first and second floors and the roofing – and foundations consisting of plinths and foundation beams in reinforced concrete resting on foundation piles.
The main finishing features are the industrial floor of the production area in concrete with quartz dusting of an adequate thickness; the floor of the office area in single-fired ceramic tiles; the ceilings of the office area in soundproof mineral fibre panels, the internal doors in laminated plastic and the external perimeter fixtures in extruded profiles of pre-painted aluminium with thermal insulation glazing. The electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems complete the work.
