The Gros Market in Montano Lucino is an industrial building with a totally prefabricated solution (pillars, beams, roof tiles and façade panels) that rests on indirect foundations implemented on driven piles.
 The building has a planimetric size of 4,500 square meters and a total height of 7.5 meters under the roof; it also has an external area for parking spaces covered with tensile structures.
 The company Gros Market carries out the wholesale activities of groceries inside the building.
Adjacent to the building, a 250 cubic metre stainless steel tank was built for use by the sprinkler plant installed in the property.

The work consisted in the realization of a building for commercial use, in particular, a medium sized structure for the sale of foodstuffs, commissioned by the Company LD Lombardini (and currently managed by the LD Group) within the Implementation Plan Peante 2 in the Municipality of Montano Lucino.
 The property has a covered surface of 1,200 square meters and an area of 3,500 square meters with space for private and public parking (urban standards) and the loading and unloading areas.
 The building was constructed with prefabricated structures for the vertical structures and roofing and from direct foundations consisting of plinths and continuous beams in reinforced concrete.
 The main finishing features are the ceramic stoneware tile floors, the exterior perimeter fixtures in pre-painted aluminium profiles with thermal insulating glazing, the ceilings in soundproof mineral fibre panels, the internal doors of the facilities in plastic laminate and the systems (electrical, plumbing and mechanical).

On the first floor the property houses the Company Mondo Convenienza (general sale of furniture for the home) and on the ground floor the Company Pittarello (sale of footwear); the two floors are connected by escalators and lifts that create considerable synergy between the two activities.
The property also has a basement for public and private parking and an outdoor area, also intended for public parking and the entrance area.
