The work led to the construction of an underground building on two levels intended as a car park at the service of the hotel under construction of approximately 80 rooms of various types and connected services (reception, restaurant, bar, etc.) and for the use of the Ski resort activities managed by the Company San Domenico Ski.
The two floors of the car park are connected to the upper pedestrian square with two lifts and connecting staircase.
On the ground floor, there is a ticket office for winter ski activities, an Info point, a cashpoint and other services related to the hotel.
The structure of the car park was created in reinforced concrete for the foundations, the vertical structures (walls and pillars) and the horizontal structures (beams and floors).
The work was characterized by the realization of a totally compact rock excavation for a volume of approximately 40,000 cubic meters and the same was carried out with explosives consisting of micro loads and cutting of the rock with diamond wire.
The work has a plan size of 4,500 square meters on two floors, with the realization of 350 parking spaces.

The Valduce - multi-storey car park with 515 parking spaces - with an iron structure overhangs an underground floor in which important artefacts from the Thermal Baths of Como built in the second half of the 1st century A.D. were found.
For this reason, a pumping system for the groundwater was created - spread all over the premises where the archaeological finds are housed - to avoid the flooding of the museum part.
 The facades made with a copper wire mesh are very interesting and make the building very elegant. 
A photovoltaic system was installed on the roof.

Final design and execution of the construction work of an underground car park in the area located in the Municipality of Cantù (CO), in Corso Unità d'Italia.

A building of fifteen thousand cubic meters which resembles a stone embroidery woven into full and empty spaces, light and shade, of mirror-like images and apparent asymmetries which refer to solutions of a faraway space. The headquarters of the Cassa Rurale ed Artigiana dell'Alta Brianza represents a successful attempt to draw a new dimension, obedient only to an internally rigorous consistency which is not immediately perceivable, but which intrigues before it fascinates.

The restoration and renovation of the branch in Via Plinio of the Banca Commerciale Italiana is an interesting example of how it is possible to adapt a building of great prestige to new needs, while maintaining its characteristics and charm and organizing the internal spaces - already formerly the seat of the same banking company - as an activity that has grown both in terms of size and quality. The main problem that arose was that of preserving the building complex, which is an important presence in the historical centre, not only for the external aspect but also for the internal coherence combining the renewal of the old environments with the realization of new spaces. The result, obtained over three and a half years of carefully planned interventions to allow the simultaneous continuation of the bank's activity, was a fusion of elements that enhance the prestigious pre-existent architecture.
