Hotel Safir

The reconstruction of the Hotel Safir will be carried out maintaining the existing concrete bearing structures.
During the works those structures will be upgraded and reinforced according to the new regulations and loads required by law, with the use of carbon and steel fibres and epoxy resins.
Once the demolitions and reinforcements have been completed, the new internal divisions will be carried out, together with new electrical and technological systems and implementation of air conditioning, all interventions will take into account the new standards of habitability and wellness that are required to reach a certain level of classification for the hotel.
The current warehouse will leave space for a new underground car park with access ramp.
The internal finishes of the rooms and common areas include the use of high quality materials like marbles. All windows will be replaced with new modern ones with a higher insulating performance.
The facades will be restored with their original frames, stucco and adornments, and completed with a special insulating paint that will facilitate the reflection of the sun’s rays, reducing the heating of the outside walls.
Hotel Safir will become a 5stars Hotel, with a total of 144 room, an underground parking, spa and conference rooms.
