The real estate complex was created within the Recovery Plan of Via Acquanera in Como and is made up of four buildings of five floors above ground and one attic each, for a total of one hundred and twenty-eight apartments (single-double-three-room and duplex for the fourth and fifth floors). The homes on the ground floor have a private fenced garden. There is an underground garage beneath the buildings, connected to the apartments by lifts and flights of stairs with various passages and one hundred and seventy-two garages with shutter. The complex is protected along the perimeter by a fence. The entrances consist of two pedestrian gates for the apartments and a driveway for the garage ramp. The tenants may use the common outdoor areas on the ground floor, which have a partially green and partly paved finish. The project - in Energy Class B - has paid particular attention to the theme of energy saving. For the building envelope, the ventilated façade system was adopted, highly efficient from this point of view, with the use of porcelain stoneware slabs laid in bands in two colour shades. The presence of district heating technology for hot water and heating, whose consumption is quantified individually by means of an energy metre in each apartment, contributes further to energy saving.
