UpTown
The works for UP Town, the first smart district in Italy, consists in the realization of a residential complex made up of one building on 10 floors for a total of 60 accomodations, sqm 4.145 and a tower building on 18 floors for a total of 77 accomodations and sqm 5.215.
In addition the develompment is equipped with two underground floors of 74 garages and 63 parking spaces.
