Bennet Ponte Tresa
Monday, 03 July 2017The Bennet in Lavena Ponte Tresa is a new shopping centre consisting of the first level used for parking, the second level for commercial use and the third level partly for parking and partly as a multipurpose hall. The work resulted in the excavation of the mountain with an excavation front of 15 meters, in order to create the area in which to insert the structure of the shopping centre. To consolidate the front of the mountain first vertical pilings were implemented, after the ground was gradually removed with the simultaneous insertion of rods necessary to support the wall of the mountain, ending with a cast of cement for support. The work involved the realization of urban infrastructure work: a new roundabout along the S.S. 233 and a playground.
Bennet Il Parco
Monday, 03 July 2017The Bennet of Anzano del Parco is a new shopping centre consisting of a basement used for parking and a ground floor for commercial use, with a square at the front for use as a car park. The basement was realized by extracting the volume under the water table level: a well point plant collected the water from the perimeter of the excavation in order to carry out the work in dry conditions. Concrete castings were made with the dry tech technique that allows to create a waterproof tank on both the bottom and the walls. Water pumping wells allowed to keep the aquifer low up to the point when the building, growing in height, created a balance of forces between the thrust of the water and its own weight.
Chateau d'Ax
Monday, 03 July 2017The existing building was restructured to be used for the commercial activity of the sale of furniture for the home of the brand Chateau d'Ax. Alongside Via Pasquale Paoli, it has a sales area of approximately 500 square meters at street level, with a respective area for parking; the basement floor is intended for storage. The main finishing features include the façade claddings in Alucobond panels, the external perimeter fixtures in pre-painted aluminium profiles with thermal insulation glazing, the inside floors are in large single-fired ceramic tiles, the suspended ceilings in pre-painted aluminium slats.
Eldor
Monday, 03 July 2017The industrial and R&D complex of Eldor Corporation S.p.A. is made up of several buildings for approximately 16,000 square meters. The office building should be highlighted, lined with Navona travertine, which can be found in the quarries of Tivoli (the same as the colonnade of San Pietro in Rome). The installations - which go to serve all the offices - were built completely underground on an area of approximately 4,500/5,000 square meters. The White Tank System solution with Zementol system was chosen for the waterproofing of this area, which is intended to work the concrete keeping the water/cement ratio under control and the installation of a series of joints to monitor the Micro cracking of the concrete.
Airon Marine
Monday, 03 July 2017The new headquarters of Airon Marine is an industrial building made up of a 5,000 square metre shed with adjoining office building. The establishment was especially reserved for the construction of large boats (in particular motorboats of up to 52 feet). The work was completed in record time to allow Airon Marine to immediately start the production of the boats that, for the size of the hulls, could not be done in the historical site.
Colombo
Monday, 03 July 2017The project involved the realization of an industrial property commissioned by the Company Colombo S.p.A. – as part of the framework of the Implementation Plan – in which the activity of metal carpentry is carried out. The property has a covered area of 6,600 square meters and develops on a ground floor where the spaces dedicated to carrying out the main activity are located, as well as a part of the offices. There are another two floors, always for office use. A main staircase and a lift connect the three levels. The ground floor has an area of approximately 6,600 square meters while the first and second floors are approximately 600 square meters each. Equipped with a total area of approximately 12,000 square meters of land belonging to the property for private parking, public parking spaces and loading and unloading areas, the property was constructed with a prefabricated structure – for the vertical structures, the floors on the first and second floors and the roofing – and foundations consisting of plinths and foundation beams in reinforced concrete resting on foundation piles. The main finishing features are the industrial floor of the production area in concrete with quartz dusting of an adequate thickness; the floor of the office area in single-fired ceramic tiles; the ceilings of the office area in soundproof mineral fibre panels, the internal doors in laminated plastic and the external perimeter fixtures in extruded profiles of pre-painted aluminium with thermal insulation glazing. The electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems complete the work.
