The work consisted in the realization of a building for commercial use, in particular, a medium sized structure for the sale of non-foodstuffs, commissioned by the Company Tigotà (and currently managed by the same Group) within the implementation plan Peante 1 in the Municipality of Montano Lucino.
The property has a covered surface of 1,280 square meters and an area of 3,450 square meters with space for private and public parking (urban standards) and the loading and unloading areas. On the first floor, there are spaces intended for office use for 480 square meters.
The building was constructed with prefabricated structures for the vertical structures and roofing and from direct foundations consisting of plinths and continuous beams in reinforced concrete.
The main finishing features are the ceramic stoneware tile floors, the exterior perimeter fixtures in pre-painted aluminium profiles with thermal insulating glazing, the ceilings in soundproof mineral fibre panels, the internal doors of the facilities in plastic laminate and the systems (electrical, plumbing and mechanical).
