PROJECT CATEGORY: Redevelopment of a derelict goods yeard site with the construction of a new hotel of approximately 150 bedrooms, a separate resturant of 850 sqm with rooftop, a public parking space of approximately 400 car parks, bicycles and motorbikes parkings, tourist buses parkings, and a pedestrian connection between San Giovanni train station and via Regina.
